Zephyr Inyo OZ Fund, L.P.  is a Qualified Opportunity Fund set up to invest equity in aa multi‐family and retail development in downtown Fresno directly across the street from Chukchansi Park Stadium, home of the Fresno Grizzlies minor league baseball team.
